The Problem

Silima, as a mastectomy specialist based in Tunbridge Wells, faced the challenge of expanding their sales nationwide while implementing dynamic pricing. They needed a solution that could accommodate varying price structures, particularly for products covered by NHS prescriptions, which would exempt customers from paying VAT. This required a flexible and user-friendly e-commerce platform that could accurately calculate and apply dynamic pricing based on the specific requirements of each customer, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations and providing a seamless shopping experience.
